The firm has remained involved in relation to regulatory advising and compliance for several international and local charities. Our work ranged from the actual incorporation of charitable and NGO entities followed by continuously advising them in relation to their specific roles. This included also defining their scope of work and perimeters under the law and bringing them in conformity with the requirements and regulations of various international donors and organisations.

The firm has also remained involved in operation of these entities in relation to the application of local legislations and legal regime for international charitable organisations, the processing of personal information under changing information protection regime in Pakistan and the relationship and rights of the beneficiaries.
